Dear Valued Customer,

We wanted to personally inform you of an upcoming change to our labour rates, effective 1st August 2026.

Since opening our garage in 2019, we have kept our hourly labour rate unchanged at £65 + VAT.
After careful consideration, and to keep up with rising costs of parts, equipment, and running the business, we will be adjusting our rates as follows:

- Small/Medium vehicles: £75 + VAT per hour (previously £65 + VAT)
- Large SUVs/4x4s: £100 + VAT per hour

We want to assure you that this is our first increase in over 6 years, and we remain committed to providing the same high-quality, honest, and reliable service you've come to expect from us.
